Support for the staff app

Write to us or call us about anything to do with the app itself: it will not open, a screen will not load, or something looks wrong.

Questions about your own record — your pay, leave balance, roster or personal details — are for your employer's HR department, because your employer owns those records and we cannot change them on request.

There is no public sign-up. your employer's HR department creates your account when your staff record is set up, and gives you your sign-in details. If you have not received them, ask HR.

The sign-in screen has three fields:

• Your hospital — the short name of your employer’s system, which HR gives you with your sign-in details.
• Email — the work email on your staff record.
• Password — the one you set, or the temporary one HR gave you (you will be asked to change it).

If you have forgotten your password, ask your employer's HR department to reset it. For your security we never ask for your password by email or phone.

Clock-in checks that you are at one of your employer’s sites. Allow location for People360when asked, and clock in from inside the site. Indoors, wait a few seconds for a more precise position. If the app says you are outside every site while you are at work, tell HR so they can check the site’s location settings.

The app tells you when a payslip, a leave decision or a message is ready. If notifications stop, check that they are allowed for People360in your phone’s settings, then sign out and back in.

In the app, go to More → Delete my account. The request goes to your employer's HR department, who close the account, and you can follow it under Queries & complaints. Records your employer must keep by law, such as payroll, tax and pension, may be retained for those periods. Signing out or removing the app deletes the sign-in token from your phone.
